What We Do
Contract Advice
Westlyn Associates provide advice and interpretation to clients on standard and non-standard forms of contract, in particular NEC3 and NEC4 forms of contract, for works, services and supplies. Advice includes contract strategy, contract review, drafting contract terms, review of bespoke clauses and negotiating contract changes.
Quantity Surveying
Westlyn Associates provide a range of quantity surveying services including commercial management; assessing payment applications; preparing and agreeing variations, compensation events and claims; cost management and reporting; final account preparation, negotiation and settlement; preparation of bills of quantities
Dispute resolution
Westlyn Associates work with project teams to look into disputes and to come up with potential resolutions, so avoiding a more costly route to formal dispute resolution by adjudication, arbitration or litigation.
